- What is Luna Divine Candles Returns & Exchange Policy?

• I gladly accept exchanges please contact me within: 3 days of delivery and ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Requests for cancellations will be honored within 12 hours of purchase.
• Damaged Products: Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product(s). A partial or full refund or replacement will be offered depending on the type of item and damage.
• Custom or personalized orders: returns will not be accepted due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- What is the current processing times before items ship?

Please allow 1-3 days for processing.

- Does Luna Divine Candles do custom orders?

We love to create wax melts/candles catered to your particular taste. Please email me at luna.divine.candles@gmail.com for any inquiries.

- What are some candle care tips?

- Are all candles made of Coconut Wax?

Yes - all candles are made of Coconut Brew wax made from the meat of the coconut (organic, renewable, no pesticides) and then blended with some harder plant waxes (soy/palm) to create a nice creamy container candle or wax melt blend.

- Are all candles/wax melts vegan?

All candles except for the hot cocoa's are vegan. The marshmallows on the hot cocoa are blended with beeswax for a harder consistency. However, if you request a vegan marshmallow, please email me at luna.divine.candles@gmail.com, so that I can accommodate your request.
